How long does a custom enclosure take to build?

Most enclosures take between 3 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on size and complexity. You’ll get a clear timeline when you place your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer local delivery within South East Queensland and can arrange interstate freight for an additional fee. All enclosures are packed securely for transport.

Can you build for any reptile?

Absolutely. Whether it’s snakes, lizards, monitors, or more unusual species, we can design an enclosure to suit your animal’s specific needs.

Do you install lighting and heating?

We can pre-fit lighting fixtures, heating elements, and ventilation to your requirements, so you’re ready to set up straight away.

How do I place an order?

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and materials. The balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery.

Lead Times

Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays due to materials or weather.

Warranty & Repairs

All enclosures come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. If you have any issues, contact us and we’ll repair or replace as needed, under fair use.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our builds, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your enclosure arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
