The Substrate Co Spring tails

Springtails are beneficial to reptiles kept in bioactive terrariums because they act as a natural cleanup crew. They consume decaying matter, preventing mould and fungus growth. Springtails also contribute to soil health by aerating the substrate and aiding in nutrient cycling. Furthermore, they can serve as a supplemental food source for some reptiles.
